Take on life's toughest opponent at the BOX MOJO Games.
Complete a series of training phases over 6 weeks starting March 31 with personalised, scientific goal setting and results measurement.
The program includes phases that change each week to bring out your best across 3 training areas:

HOW IT WORKS

BOX MOJO members can book a BOX MOJO Games registration session by clicking here. (Non members please whatsapp us for more info)

At your registration session we will take a body composition reading and test your performance in 5 athletic drills.

Your coaches and other participants will keep you motivated over the 6 weeks on a special whatsapp group.

After 6 weeks, we will test your body composition and athletic performance again to see if you win a gold medal!


the 5 key athletic drills

Number of Uppercuts per 20 seconds (using proper technique)

Number of Weaves per 20 seconds (using proper technique)

Maximum Dumbell Shoulder Presses (to failure)
-
Number of 3 Step Side shuffle and floor tap with Power Bar Max in 30 seconds

Number of long climbs per 30 seconds on Versaclimber
BE A medalist
To win a Gold Medal BOX MOJO Games training top:

Complete 25 workouts in 6 weeks
-
Improvement in all 5 athletic drills
-
Improvement in body composition
To be a silver medalist and receive a BOX MOJO Cap and water bottle:

Complete 20 workouts in 6 weeks
-
Improvement in at least 3 athletic drills
-
Improvement in composition
