1. Member Access

 

Membership entitles members to access BOX MOJO’s facilities as long as the membership fees are paid are up to date.

 

You understand that you will be required to ‘check-in’ each time you attend BOX MOJO's facilities by providing your membership number, email address or other identification as requested by BOX MOJO staff.

 

2. Membership Term & Fees

 

You accept the membership fees and the minimum term as specified in the signed membership agreement.

 

Membership fees for each time period are paid in advance on the First Payment date specified in the signed membership agreement.

 

BOX MOJO operates a cashless business, and you understand that membership fees and any other fees must be paid electronically using BOX MOJO’s elected third part payment provider.

 

Members must keep their payment method up to date at the BOX MOJO Member Portal, and you understand that a failed payment fee of $3SGD will be charged by BOX MOJO’s elected payment provider for any unsuccessful payments.

 

Foundation or any other discounted membership fees apply to new members only. You understand that once you have a BOX MOJO Membership you are not entitled to discounts, trials or promotions designed for new members.

 

3. Cancellation

 

Members may cancel their membership at any time at the BOX MOJO Member Portal. 

 

When cancelling a membership, members are required to select a cancellation date. Members are advised to select a cancelation date before the next payment date specified in the BOX MOJO Member Portal. You understand that any un-used membership time period after the cancellation date will be forfeited.

 

You understand that BOX MOJO will not prorate any membership fees paid or provide refunds for un-used membership time periods.

 

BOX MOJO reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel any memberships where BOX MOJO is of the reasonable opinion that you are unfit to participate in the exercise program. You may be required to provide medical clearance to BOX MOJO confirming that you are fit to participate prior to membership being granted or re-instated. 

 

BOX MOJO reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel any memberships where BOX MOJO is of the reasonable opinion that any of Member Rules and Responsibilities below have been breached.

 

4.  Membership Freeze Policy

 

BOX MOJO does not offer membership freezes. You understand that in order to avoid membership fees during a period of absence - members need to cancel their membership and re-join at a later time.

 

5. Assumption of Risk and Potential Liability

 

By signing the BOX MOJO Membership agreement, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of liability, loss, illness, death, or injury caused as part of any use of BOX MOJO’s facilities or activities.

 

If you are injured or experience illness whilst participating in BOX MOJO activities, you consent to the provision of first aid and/or medical treatment by BOX MOJO staff. You agree that you are responsible for the payment of any medical expenses incurred by you or by BOX MOJO for any injury or illness you experience as part of any use of BOX MOJO’s facilities or activities.

 

You hereby release and hold harmless BOX MOJO and its staff from any losses incurred or injuries suffered by you which arise out of, are caused by, or are attributable to any use of BOX MOJO’s facilities or activities.

 

6. Lost Goods

 

BOX MOJO takes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods. Lost and found goods not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity or thrown away.

 

7. Damages

 

Members shall pay for any damage incurred to the equipment or premises at BOX MOJO's facilities, which results from the poor conduct of the member.

 

8. Member Rules and Responsibilities

 

• Members shall abide by all the safety guidelines and regulations as set forth in BOX MOJO facilities or by BOX MOJO staff.

• Members agree to dress moderately at all times while in BOX MOJO facilities including use of sport shoes and clothing that is clean and free from political or offensive prints or designs.

• Consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or similar addictive substances is strictly prohibited at BOX MOJO's facilities. Members must not enter BOX MOJO facilities whilst under the influence of such substances.

• Members are not permitted to take photos or videos anywhere in BOX MOJO's facilities at any time.

• Members must not engage in behaviour that is distressing, disrespectful, threatening, endangers others or is otherwise not in the best interests of staff or other members.

• Members shall wipe down all equipment after each use and return equipment to it’s proper storage position.

• Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in BOX MOJO's facilities unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Members must not engage in any conduct to solicit business from other members.
