Boxing is mixed with core and functional strength training phases - with a focus on keeping it fun, simple and safe
IN YOUR CORNER
Your BOX MOJO trainer is there to help every step of the way, in a semi-personal small group format.
On your first visit your trainer will get you started with some boxing basics. Then - we’ll help you settle in at a pace that’s right for you - building your skills and training intensity through 1-1 padwork and supervision in every session.
Get LEAN, Get STRONG
BOX MOJO uses high intensity boxing and functional movements in intervals followed by a short rest and reset. Exercises change to target different body parts - enabling you to pack a lot of exercise into a 40 minute workout.
For you geeks out there - BOX MOJO’s anaerobic system uses muscle glycogen to fuel your workout more than oxygen. This promotes an increased metabolism and stronger muscles to make your body more efficient at burning calories - even when you’re not working out.
